Gwen has been a certified yoga instructor for 7 years. She is also licensed and nationally certified in massage therapy for 5 years. She has worked at one of the top spas in the country for two years, as well as trained under Dr. Upledger (the founder of CranioSacral Therapy). Gwen is currently in the process of getting her PhD in Naturopathic Medicine.

HOT STONE MASSAGE - $100.00 / 60 minutes   or   $140.00 / 90 minutes

 

 

THAI THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE: incorporating yoga asanas, deep breathing, and massage techniques to bring about the deepest massage available. Be sure to wear stretchy, loose clothing.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY: A type of massage brought about by a spinal surgeon based on regulating the flow of cerebral spinal fluid in the spine, so that the central and peripheral nervous system functions better.
